he whistled for a cab and when it came round the license plate said "fresh" and it had a dice in the mirror. If anything he could say this cab was weird, but he thought "nah forget it, yo hommie to bel air!". -nods in approval-

While I don't know where RSL is, someone had dedicated a roadside to him in Edinburgh. Head down Leith Walk ensuring you're on the left side of the road (going from Waverley/Princes Street) and when you get close to the roundabout, keep a close sigh on the edge of the road, just inside from the kerb - there's "TO RSL" painted into it somewhere.
