but if i want to stretch my muscles a bit i go two at a time....going up that is.

				Going down stairs three at a time is quite fun if it's a long set, but the best is jumping each entire flight in a block of flats. Utterly silly, and yet rather fun. 				I like grabbing onto the handrails and just going down the entire flight in two steps. 8-)

				A very random question, but now that I think on it, yes, I do take the stairs two at a time. Not going down though, might trip and fall with my luck.
