I got stuck in this statue turning too! I made sure they were all facing the statue in my 2 D map, forgetting that it is a 3D dungeon and the statue actually is in the center

Here is the deal:
Left and right statues have to face each other. Center statue has to face the door where you entered the stillshrine (north)
