Did Galuf actually have children?

It is a mystery but its certain that Kriles parents were killed and likely that galuf had a wife and had a child. And if thats so his wife would have died at some point which is strange because gaulf never mentions or grieves about her at all so Krile might just be adopted using this logic.

My theory is that she's adopted. Maybe when her parents went to Dragon Valley, she was with them, and he found the baby after they died?

Yeah, such as the ability to turn into a White Mage Kitty! ^^ Seriously though, I think Cara is Galuf's real grandchild. As for her parents / Galuf's children, I don't remember a scene in the game that tells you what happened to them, so I'll trust Del Murder on this one.
