Would you squash Jiminy Cricket?
If Jiminy asked you to fill out his insane journal, would you simply step on him and be done with it?
I think he's a bit of a control freak and kind of a nazi myself. Really, he belongs behind bars. At the very least a mental institution. Living with Pinocchio and his constant whining of wanting to get old and die like a real human has clearly effected Jim's judgment.
Furthermore, when I shrunk myself in the Alice and Wonderland world, Jiminy could have hopped out so that we'd be of similar size and then help me fight. But where was he? Where did he do? He's a lazy ass, that's what's what. He just conveniently disappeared.
Squash him.
