Okay, so I'm going to make a poll for your favorite Cid. The catch is, you gotta tell me how to spell faviroute. It's really bugging me now.
FFI- Apparently, he's an NPC in DOS.
FFII- The first evar Cid. He's from a place called Poft.
FFIII- "Cid Haze" Some pilot, or something.
FFIV- "Cid Pollendina" The Cid who looks like a mole and has a wierd surname.
FFV- Cid Previa, an engineer. That's all I know, leave me.
FFVI- Your genuine mad scientist Cid del Norte Marguez, with a long name too.
FFVII- Cid, he has a lance and looks worryingly like my grandfather.
FFVIII- This ones a headmaster of some school or something.
FFIX- Regent Cid, once an Oglop, once a frog... He wins already.
FFX- The Texan Al Bhed father and uncle of the FFX series.
FFXI- Creepy Bastokan Hume guy who lives in the Metalworks or something. He has bendy teeth 
FFXII- Dr. Cid - Quite simply.
FFXII- Al Cid- OMYGAZZZ, THERE ARE TWO

I like FF2 Cid best.
Although 5 comes in at a close second.
6 was kinda cool too.
I like Regent Cid in FFIX, the fact he was turned into an oglop by his wife for womanising is pretty funny in my opinion.
