    Because of this thread, and me not changing my desktop in several months, I've gone on an anime related hunt, and have changed it at least once every hour when I get bored of it, so this is the one I have up now, Death Note related.

    It's called Webshots, and it's free, so you can probably google it and find a link. One of the best programs there is, imo.
