Actually when I checked, I realized Relm has a really high MagPwr. I'm not really a stats expert when it comes to FFVI but does Relm have the highest MagPwr in the game? When I checked, my Terra who was equipped with a +MagPwr Magicite only barely fell a bit behind Relm's MagPwr.
