Need an effing Sandstorm

Before i wing my PS2 out the window. SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET A SANDSTORM FOR THE GNOME ENTITE.

Wyrm is already dead & I fear that has affected it but surely there MUST BE A WAY TO GET ONE.

Help before I cause a death of an innocent.

I found the answer and decided to post it incase anyone else has the problem of getting a Sandstorm AFTER you kill the Tyrant between Westersand & Eastersand.

You enter Westersand via Giza (Rainey Season). BINGO Sandstorm
