i just wanted to know because the stratagy guide mentions it. But i have no clue what to do. I dont care about spoilers i have beeten the game multiple times.

Might as well pack up the cats and close the forums down if Google is the end-all, be-all answer to questions. But in case you want a legit answer, Darth:

Be on Disc 4 and have Dagger/Amarant out of the party. Enter Madain Sari
and talk to Lani, who won't run away this time. She'll mention that there
are some words that might mean something in the room 'down there,' in the
small den by the fishing dock. Enter and read a cryptic message about the
passage of time -- this relates to the Eidolon Wall. Enter said location.
Pick a direction and walk from the entrance back to the entrance (in full
rotation) until a 'ding!' noise plays. Start walking back the way ya came
until the entrance is met again, with another 'ding!' noise. Repeat this
nine times to have the HP/MP refreshed. On the tenth time, go and get
Dagger -- a special message will now be visible on the wall and relate to
her heritage.

Her real name is quite pretty, yeah, but the consistency doesn't really work because of different name translations:

(SPOILER)FFI NES: Princess Sara, her mother was Queen Jane
FFI Origins and DoS: Princess Sarah, her mother was Queen Jayne
FFIII: Princess Sara (both in the fan translation and the DS version)
FFIX: Dagger's real name is Sarah, her mother was Jane.

I was disappointed to find out her real name is Sarah. I find it too common. I personally know 3 Sarah's.

I just convince myself that Garnet's her real name. It sounds unique.

I agree, though, Garnet's a much more interesting name, but I like Sarah too.
