I do, its ok. Can be pretty crazy there, like people getting away with a mere 3 second kick for posting porn.

Its nice, but only when people I know are there.

1) Yes. I'm an operator. I'm always there.
2) It depends. Most of the time though it gives me a headache and I throw halfops around to do my bidding.
3) I'm there, just not listening.
