Yeah I pretty much use it all the time. When it isn't hard battle I'll just have everyone use the fight command, except for those people like Cyan, Edgar, and Sabin. All of the girls I typically use fight, I hardly use Relm's paint thing.
But seriously, who uses SABIN's fight command when he has blitz?
I guess I sometimes use it if you count "Jump." My main party tends to have Mog with Jump, Edgar, Sabin, and someone else. That someone else usually has a good secondary ability.
Only if X-Fight and Jump count.
I use it all the time, specially if I am speeding up the frame rate, just hold down auto and boosh~. Aussi, Celes with Ragnarök, atma weapon and offering and genji glove....*THRUST!*at level 99 ;D

Fight is a required ingredient in Wind God Cyan. Of course I use it.
I use jump to get my easily hurt (and low non magic damage causing) people out of battle. Otherwise it's special moves most of the time. Unless you count Gau's Rage as fight
