I'm in the Salika wood and all my party members are at level 30. Now something (namely the King Bomb) tells me that I am seriously underlevelled... Does anyone know a good spot for me to level up?

Carry on with the story until you reach the Phon Coast rest spot where all the hunters are. Then go back and beat the hell outta that King Bomb...yo!
EOFF needs a resurgence to it's former glory.
So I should go to the Phon Coast now and only then beat King Bomb? By the way, what level do you think should I reach - 35 or 40?
King Bomb is level 34 but he is a tough cookie. I'd go level 40 so you breeze through Sochem Cave.
Phon Cost is a great spot to level up and get gil. Mosphoran Highwaste is great also and you passed that already so you can teleport there.
PS: You don't really need to beat King Bomb to win the game.

King Bomb wasn't that difficult for me. My characters were level 33, but with using just one great Quickening-chain, King Bomb was defeated.
My characters were around level 30 when I killed it. I HATED that fight. Whenever King Bomb's HP was low it used its "recover all HP and make 434851 little bombs to piss you off" trick. It took me at least half an hour to kill it.
I know, i was there for ages and then i got lucky and Basch killed that Mothersmurfer!
