Or rather, what class would you want to be if you were and ff1 character?
I'd totally be a red mage. They own as solo characters, and I love working alone.
Otherwise I'd like to be a White Mage, except the Black Mage would be constantly bugging me with comments like, "If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?", and I wouldn't like to whack, umm, her around with a hammer, especially when I'd have to use some MP to heal her after that. In addition, I wouldn't like to have a reputation of beating up black magic women with giant hammers.I guess a Knight could do, then. Good offence, good defence and some support white magic too.

I'd be a thief.
Fighter ftw. The easiest solo game of them all, especially after you get magic casting items.

Monk/BB. I love the idea of wailing on my enemies with my fists![]()
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

...oh right, it's a ff1 class.

Casting FAST on myself for the SUPREME VICTORY! (Perfect!) Curing myself is fun too.
Red Mage. Most options to learn stuff.
It's a no brainer!! How wouldn't you choose the Fighter/Knight? He was always the leader, the first guy at the front, he could kick ass and was tough as nails. He always took the brunt of things and was always the guy you new would hold you through.
I think I'd be either a Fighter or Red Mage.
A Fighter is a tank, who hits hard and can take a real beating. Of course I'd have to act as a meat sheild for my allies, but high defense and HP means I can do that for a long time, so long as I've got a White Mage backing me up.
Then again, a Red Mage makes an adequete attacker, and in all ways is versitile. I can see where being able to cast both white and black magic would come in handy, as well. The only problem I see with RM is that he is too versitile. He is okay at everything, but not really great at anything. A jack of all trades, yet master of none.
I'd much rather be a Fighter, upon further deliberation. And after class change, I can cast low level white magic. And that, to me, is very, very good.![]()
God Loves you.Christ Died for you.
Depends on if I'm alone or in a group I suppose.
Being a black mage would rule but I think I'd do better as a fighter or red mage.
WM. Get to wear robes, use hammers and staves. Easy.
