If you have an Xbox, I suggest Fable (the extended version- the original's WAAAY too short), and if you're into MMO's, World of Warcraft (WoW) is good, but expensive.
- Silent Hill 1
- Silent Hill 2
- Silent Hill 3
- Silent Hill 4: The Room
- ICO
- Dance Dance Revolution
- Guitar Hero
- Etherlords II
- Farcry
- STALKER
- Half Life 2
- Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
- Lunar II: Eternal Blue
- Grandia
- Okage: The Shadow King
- Doom III
- Doom II
- Heretic
- Blood
- Dungeon Siege
- Dungeon Siege II
- Warcraft III
And that's just off the top of my head.
If you have a Xbox 360 or a good enough computer Oblivion is a fun and quite massive game, assuming you don't mind the more open-ended gameplay.
Boy am I an unfunny ass.
