knot of rust, dark matter and Soul Purge
Could anyone inform me how the knot of rust is involved in the damage of dark matter and Soul Purge? I don't quite understand how the get max damage with soul Purge.
I never sold knot of rust, nor used them on the enemies. They seem to play a role in upping the damage of dark matter and Soul Purge.
I searched gamefaqs so please no links to those faqs. thank you.

Unfortunately I'm having a hard time understanding exactly what that's supposed to mean... it's not been very clearly explained in the guide!

i think ... lets say that you have used 31 knots of rust. each doing 2500 damage, so...
31 x 2500=(if my math hasnt failed me.)64000
the total damage is one third, thus...
64000 / 3=(this is the real test on my math, ive no calculater!) 31,900 damage
my math is rudimentory at best, so that might be wrong, but i think thats what it is.
Ill let you puzzel out the rest!!

It would actually calculate to damage total of: 21,250 (something around that)i think ... lets say that you have used 31 knots of rust. each doing 2500 damage, so...
