    *nods* It's what I do too. Washing your hair everyday is like washing out the oils you need that build up over time. So every other day is healthy for your hair. Atleast that's what my hair person said, though it varies on the person.

    I shower every other day. I really have a thing about getting wet. I just hate it. I wish there was enough time in a day for a bath everyday. I'd do that with little complaining.

    Once a day. Twice when I'm sweaty from playing football/ running.

    I think I once had three showers in a day. I'm not sure why, but it must have been a good day! Either that or I was really smelly.

    Once a day. Sometimes twice, if I feel particularly grubby, and occasionally (increasingly rarely) I miss a day on the weekends. So it all balances.

    I shower once a day. But the weather is starting to get really hot so depending on how many times a day I get exposed to the sun, I may have to start showering twice a day. You'd think in the heat and sun my hair would dry but noooo ...
