please HELP!!!

does anyone know if there is something special i have to do in Giza Plains to get the Rain Dancer to show up?!?!? I know it has to be raining (which it is), and I know it's in either of one of three places (Toam Hills, Warrior Wash, or Giza *something* South), but I've been going back and forth for hours and he just wont show up! Please help!

never mind.... i swear to god it never fails... found him. not five minutes after posting this plea for help did he pop out in Toam Hills. mods, yalls can delete this now utterly useless thread, should you desire.
