I'm pretty much the same as bunny, people who know me just ignore me til i calm down. That is partly why i stopped being a chef. High pressure environment, knives and me is probably not a good combination.

My anger is something to hold in check I can't afford to let myself lose that control I find other ways to cope with it but when I am having a bad day I have been known to snap at people occasionally.

Yeah, especially a couple days ago. Yet I know the reason why and if I keep thinking about it just makes me even more angry. Honestly, the only way you're going to get better is to find out the reason why you're angry and then figure out ways to avoid it if possible. It could be not enough sleep, or something simple like that. Atleast, let's hope.
