Yeah. I was recently in the United States (my dad had to attend some college reunion thing) and I had my laptop and the house we were staying at was close enough to the school that I could get internet via my wifi card by walking down the street a little.

We had internet at the house but the university wifi was so much faster. Plus I got to sit under the night sky on the corner chatting with people back home. It was nice.
