So, after watching "Die Another Day" on TV this evening I realized that I actually think that the theme by Madonna is a decent song. It has a nice electro sound to it.
Anyway, what is your all-time favourite Bond Theme?

Carly Simon's Nobody Does it Better from The Spy Who Loved Me. I think I prefer the Radiohead cover, but the original's a very good song.
"The most important and recognize player in the history of the country."
Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I were as great as Paulo Wanchope.
I hate all the bond themes. they are way too long, and just annoying.
"You Know My Name" from Chris Cornell (Casino Royale) is a really good song, I think. The only other worthwhile Bond theme is "Live and Let Die".
"To live and let die", without any hesitation.
And then there is Death
I think Dragonforce should do the next one.
I can't recall any previous Bond themes well enough to really contribute to this thread, unfortunately.

Definitely "Goldfinger" by Shirley Bassey. That's what Bond themes are all about.
I'd have to say that the seductive "Surrender" by k.d. lang from Tomorrow Never Dies comes a close second, though, but it was unfortunate that studio executives decided to replace it with Sheryl Crow's inferior "Tomorrow Never Dies". For me, however, "Surrender" will always be the true theme song of TND just as it was originally intended to be.
How I met your mother, Donald Duck's parents style! Love at first temper tantrum!

I know what you're talking about. Although I have never heard this "Surrender" by k.d. lang another great song was also almost picked for the film. A Danish rock band called Swan Lee made a song also called "Tomorrow Never Dies", and for me it will also always be the true theme for the movie. I'm not just saying this because I'm Danish too, but because the song really was quite brilliant.
