riding Chocobos

I am currently about to fight the Seymour after the Ronso area. I have already, when I was in the Calm Lands, talked to the Chocobo trainer and have ridden Chocobos before. I have now returned to the Calm Lands and want to ride a Chocobo again, but I can't find the Chocobo trainer!! She's supposed to be in the top left corner of the map, but she's not there. I've searched through the entire Calm Lands for her for over an hour and she's nowhere to be found! Is there something I'm missing?

If you came from the Macalania or Remiem entrance, she's on the ledge.

If you came from Gagazet or the Arena, then she should be right by the exit leading to Gagazet.

If you came by Airship, she's right in front of the Agency.

She is not ever in the northwest corner after you leave the Calm Lands.
