Bestiary and Weapon Designs

Im still playing through the game (currently at sochen cave palace) and loving it! I was sitting and thinking how amazing the bestiary design is, i mean Square have really gone to work on this game. The enemies just look amazing and so original, the best enemies in the series i would say. Also the weapons looks brilliant (some outragous)

Anyone agree? Any enemy or weapon that sticks out to you?

If not, what game do you think has the best Bestairy design?

Yup!!
The bestiary is the best of the best if you ask me.
Not only you got a detailed description of the monster but you also got some extra info about places and other stuff.

As for the weapons, they were fine.(not as good as FFX's ones)
Although i can't wait to lay my hands on that Zodiac Spear

They're good. I hate that ugly Strongest Halberd, it looks terrible, but I wish i could get it, that's only when I start a new game.

I think the bestiary is great its better than a lot of games but still it could be better and the weapons are pretty good but they could have used more detail, what i like the best is how the water looks they put alot of time just to make the water that real when you see the start up movie.

I like Coeurls better in X and I hate the Chimeras looking like fat turkeys. Other than that the beast design on XII rules!

Some beasts are really cool, others just look ridiculous. Alligators, chimera's, coeurls and baknamies look plain stupid. (Ring)wyrms and those fuzzy little creatures like Fury look awesome though.

Shield wyrm makes me smile when i kick the crap out of him. He cries at the end...

I love the split duck beak alligators! They look funny but the design was very creative!!!

I love all the undead monsters. They are sooo creepy. And the Demon Wall, it is the best ever!!

I don't like the ring around the necks of dragons. They look really lame.

They needed a mummy enemy. Games never have mummies anymore.

They look great, and they actually have an specific meaning to why they wear it.
