Only members in the Organization XIII have their names re-arranged with an X added. Should Naminé have joined the Organization, the same thing would have been done to her name, but this is unlikely due to her disposition, while all of the others in the Organization both willingly cast away their Hearts, and used it to obtain a source of power (in Sora's case, the power to revive Kairi and to help Riku).

Naminé is the Nobody of Kairi, when she gave up her Heart to Sora at Destiny Islands/Hollow Bastion. However, as she is a Princess of Heart, there can be no Darkness within her, the blueprint for all Heartless. If there is no Darkness, there can be no Heartless.

When you lose a Heart, or form a Heartless, a Nobody is what is made from your leftover parts, the Body and the Soul. Alive and sentient, but you don't exist, because your Heart, which anchors you into reality, is not there.

A Nobody's power derives from the total power it once had as a person. A weak Heartless doesn't mean a weak Nobody (Roxas versus Sora's Shadow in KHI). You could have a strong Nobody, with a strong Heartless (Xehanort), or a strong Heartless with a weak Nobody, if your Heart is weak BECAUSE of the Darkness in your Heart (no examples).
