I've come up with short cuts to the Blitz's that require diagnoal inputs.

Aurabolt - D, L, L
Fire Dance - L, L, D, R, R
Air Blade - U, U, R, R, D, D, L
Bum Rush - L, L, U, U, R, R, D, D, L

I've found these are easier than trying to land the diagonal button combinations, on SNES and GBA
