Trade Rules in Triple Triad

All of a sudden on Disc 2, I find that Triple Triad has gone to Trade Rule: Direct.

Which means now I can't get any of the damn rare cards I always get.

How did this happen and how can I make it go the hell away?

You can change the trade rule by playing a game with the Queen of Cards. If she uses a trading rule like Diff or All, they have a chance of being used by other people in that region. I think you can also ask her a question about the trading rules and she will tell you what's popular.

I have read that if you use the trading rule All too long, it will eventually deteriorate to Direct, in which case I don't know if you can change it. This has never happened to me. The first time I played the Queen I spread the Diff trading rule, and it never deteriorated to another rule. I don't know if it just happens with All or what.
