I'll be cool and go for The Shawshank Redemption as well, even though I only saw it once, two weeks ago. I had been meaning to see it for ages, and I'm glad I did.
I also like The Matrix (Reloaded was all right, don't really care for Revolutions...), Devil's Advocate, Kill Bill, Four Weddings and a Funeral and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Easy for me to pick as I have my DVDs on a shelf above my comp!
