FF games conversion

Ok.. so what Final fantasy games would you convert into one?

For me it would probably be FF 7 and 8 without any character changes of course

Yeah, me too because those are the only FF's I have completed.

you know? both ff7 and 8 have kinda same characteristics.. example:
Irvine-Vincent, Cloud-Squall, Tifa-Zell, Rinoa-Yuffie, Jenova-Ultamica.

yeah but 7's cast was much more diverse, they had all different ages whilst 8 had primarily 17-18 years olds.

I don't even know what I'd mix up,

maybe 7 and 9, I'd like to see how Zidane and Steiner would mix in with Cloud and barret, it would be hard to do that though because of the difference an eras, 9 was medeval and 7 was more present day day to futuristic

Final Fantasy X and XII. I would be fascinated to see Auron converse with Balthier, and the gang.

VII and X, because they are the two that would actually make sense combined. Though instead of mixing it fully, I would make X/X-2 Part 1, FFVII Part 2, and add some stuff in-between to make the jump more realistic, along the lines of "Shinra grows up, founds a company, company dominates world."

Hmmm, I never really thought about the whole: "Holy land, mako is there" thing until now. The Holy Land could in fact be Zanarkand, where summoners are.
