VII and X, because they are the two that would actually make sense combined. Though instead of mixing it fully, I would make X/X-2 Part 1, FFVII Part 2, and add some stuff in-between to make the jump more realistic, along the lines of "Shinra grows up, founds a company, company dominates world."
