    Dollet isn't even a large city, I don't know how far you have been into FF8 but anyone would tell you Esther is the big city in FF8

    Zanarkand is wasteland, the real largest scaled city is probably Luca.
    EOFF needs a resurgence to it's former glory.

    * Rabanastre...i'd get lost easily but it pretty much falls under perfect.
    * Zanarkand...not the post-Sin Zanarkand. it's not creepy and bluish like Esthar, but i prefer modern-like features.
    * Lindblum...great in its prime, but not crowded enough.
