I got it from one of my favorite animes. Ergo Proxy. A Proxy is a creature in the show, and they are super fast, strong, and nimble.
However my signature is kind of misleading...That is not a Proxy. I couldn't find a good picture. But anyhow, yeah, it's from Ergo Proxy, and I use to use it alot in games.
A friend called me it once in a fit of randomness and I have used it on the computer ever since. I'm glad, because it is original and noone else has it. In the past on the interweb I've been known as Neonstuff and Fluffychinchilla.
Well, the name "darksword" came from the fact that I freakin' LOVE Dark Knights. It's one of my favorite classes next to Red Mage.

In FF4, there's a location on the moon called the "Hummingway Home." If you go inside, you will find that there are exactly 12 hummingways inside. I dunno, I just liked the hummingways, so I decided to put in this little "hidden homage." Not that it makes any sense.

A character in a story I was writing once. Since I never published it, I could use the name safely without being accused of being egotistical... or something like that. Not to mention its sheer awesomeness. That is also a reason.

My name was originally "Cim", but one of my friends decided one day to lovingly refer to me as her "Cimanim", thus "Cimanim". I am debating as to whether or not to return to simply "Cim".
