Hmm.. lets just say that gun tooting neko in the warning signature is even willing to shoot and paralyze someone she has a 'crush' on if it is part of her job[a chapter in a manga, talk about cold blooded]. And she is doing the 'no-furry' rounds.
Anyways I got another 'concept'. Concept because the thing isn't coming out like I wanted it. That and I forgot I can't use transparency(I suck with Gif, and png is too large for this forum).
Anyways, I'll likely make another one with the same images/text but with a better bg and design.
