So if a woman can't do a man's job half as well as he can, then how is it that most mothers are able to manage a job, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the children, all without going absolutely insane?

Your argument is based on absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support it. What kinds of facts are there to prove that a woman can't do a job as well as a man? And why should women be forced into the kitchen? True, some are excellent at making sandwiches, but I easily best my girlfriend at cooking and find myself more suitable to take care of the task.
