Only one director and actor team every portrayed Batman properly, so no, I'd rather not have someone other than Raimi at the helm. I could live with Tobey not being there if they found someone as good or better for the role, but Raimi gets Spiderman. I'm not saying someone else couldn't do a Spidey film, but Raimi set the bar exceedingly high.

Not only would it be rediculously difficult to do him correctly in a PG-13 rated movie, he's not an interesting character. He's crazy and that's about it. There's no depth behind the character. He's one of Spidey's worst villians as far as I'm concerned. Marvel did comic fans a favour when they had the Sentry take him into space and rip him in half if you ask me.
