Lets all discuss this very underrated band. Im not usually one to like indie music, but this band is an exception. Kele is just so awesome. His voice is unique to the industry. The Prayer is just such a good song, cant get the chorus out of my head.

A friend of mine keeps telling me that I should check them out. So far I've only listened to two songs, Helicopter being one of them, and that one is really great. I'm just not sure where to take it from here!

Helicopter is the only song of theirs I actually like. The rest I find boring and boring and boring.

Not my thing in the least. Too "plinky plonky" sounding.

They're pretty good. I seen them in concert in 05. Great live band.

The only song I heard by them was 'I Still Remember' or something like that. I didn't care for it. It sounds like they're trying to emulate Death Cab for Cutie and not succeeding.

A Weekend in the City was a bit of a disappointment, but Silent Alarm is one of the best albums of recent years, in my estimation. There's not a weak song on the record (unless you want to count the '06 re-issue that had Two More Years tacked on the end) and those songs still haven't lost their touch live. I suppose they're the sort of band that divides people, and the most common criticism I've heard of them is that they can be a bit 'boring', but I'd definitely recommend checking them out, just to be absolutely sure of which side you're on.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I were as great as Paulo Wanchope.
