    Default SNES title help

Hey guys. I'm trying to find the name of a SNES game i used to play at my friends house when i was little. It was an Adventure game with RPG elements. I believe you started in a city that was modern. Sorry, i don't have anymore info. So, if you have any suggestions please post them.
    Cheers

Earthbound or Secret of Evermore would be my two guesses.

my advice would be to go to a site that lists all snes games with screenshots and try to find it there.

Earthbound is the only game I could think of

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

You should just forget that other game and play Terranigma instead. Terranigma is great.

Yeah, probably Earthbound. Only other game I can think of is Lagoon, but that town isn't too modern.

    Robotrek perhaps?

Earthbound and Secret of Evermore are the only others I can think of unless your memory is really damn foggy and you are thinking of Chrono Trigger of all things:rolleyes2

Good call, I forgot about Robotrek.

You also start off in a modernish town in Brainlord.

First thing I thought of is Secret of Evermore. You have a dog, go into a mansion, get sent to world where your dog is now a wolf.

    Good .

only thing is it was a game with RPG elements...i think most people would say the games suggested are full-blown RPGs

but you're probably right. sounds like secret of evermore, though you don't start in a city....the prologue happens in the town.
