I'm in the "give her what the law states she should get, no more and no less" camp on this. All this talk to giving her the death penalty or hoping she gets shived or whatever is just ridiculous. She violated her probation for a drink-driving conviction and did so with her headlights off. She didn't cause any damage to anyone or anything, she was just stupid and deserves to go to jail for however long that charge grants.

Why should she get out of a prison sentence? I mean, it's not like she's above the law. She seems to think she's above everything sometimes (Paris: "Hey, I should ask the Queen if I can get married in the church where royalty get married, because I'm the closest thing to American royalty!" ). She should get the same treatment as everyone else.
