Of what i remember, not in FFVII. But in CC they will be.

5 (church)
7 (obviously)

From what I've noted down:

Sector 8 - After escaping from No. 1 Reactor (where Cloud 1st meets Aeris)
Sector 7 - The slums, the pillar, etc.
Sector 4 - After jumping the train, it's where they infiltrate inbetween the plates
Sector 5 - Where Aeris lives
Sector 6 - The unfinished construction zone

I forget which ones you find on the Midgar raid, but it's probably nothing that hasn't been seen already.

Then there's sector 0, Shinra HQ. Not exactly a distinct sector, more like the hub of all the others.

You only ever visit sector 7 slums, not the upper sector, same with 6. Im inclinded to think that the areas you are shown, are very very small parts of the sector itself is much larger. Not much of the city is actually explored if seen in that regard, maybe as little as 3 or 4%.
