Kingdom Hearts I&II has a bunch of awkward moments.
Specially when you play infront of a 25 years old jock that who knows what he thought when he saw Sora's puffy pants and big shoes.

Actually posing in smooth moves when it goes "STRIKE A POSE!" then being told that you don't ACTUALLY have to pose...urk.

In shadow hearts: Covenant where you climb that wrestling tower and if you beat the boss then there is a really disturbing scene. It's really akward if your mum is in the room.

um...The bath scenes are pretty disturbing in any game....suikoden 2 for one. everyone gets all wet and red. D: even the doodz. and they're all like 2d ew.

Well, that Honey bee inn bath scene in ff7 with all those men was really awkward...and funny too...
I didn't like FFX-2 when I first played it, but when I actually tried getting 100% I started to really like it. It varies from person to person. The massage thing was pretty wierd.
Awkward for me would be the whole Atlantica thing in KHII...I had to reach over and turn down the volume I was so embarrassed.
And I LOVED THE LAUGHING SCENE TO DEATH!
The laughing scene in FFX obviously wins this one.
In BMX XXX, my friend brought it to a large gathering of some old friends of ours.
As the name suggested, pretty much all the guys in the room were having fun with cheap porno while i was over in my corner, playing magic with another disintrested friend.
suffice to say, its prolly the one time ive seen all of them quiet and attentive all at once...quite eerie.
Whenever you're playing a game and there is some soppy love scene. See FFX and FFVIII for the underwater kiss and Ragnarok respectively.
