What part of you do you think would make the best meal?
Your gluts for a nice roast?
Perhaps a bit of your ribs to make a tender stew?
Or maybe another dish?
I imagine my gluts would make a mighty fine roast - rubbed with various spices and a touch of garlic. It's nice and firm, but not stringy. Nice and full, shapely and firm. I imagine a side of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and some whole wheat, fresh-backed bread would go well with my roast.
