Okay this is how it works all of the final fantasy characters fate is in youre hands these are the rules.
you can..

hurt take 30hp off you must do this

heal restore 30 hp you must do this

and you can do 1 of these

kick hurt another two people for 10 hp

protect makes the character imune from getting hurt next turn you cannot use this on the character you healed
