Or, if you don't mean just "finding them," infinitely many; you could also refine them from Mega Phoenixes. 3 Mega Phoenix=1 Phoenix Pinion I think. And you can get a Mega Phoenix from 50 Phoenix Downs, which can be bought.

getting the chocobo in the windmill village sidequest gets you one and the shumi elder gives you one as well.
My question was specifically "Obtainable", so that means, how many is it possible to get in total, and PuPu is correct, as many as you want.

Um...I don't exactly understand the question but...
He uses Demi, Gravija, and a physical attack, but if you use Demi on him, he counters and casts Curaga on the character who casted it on him (WTF? I think Square meant to have it target himself, but it got glitched and screwed up).
Or do you mean that he uses Dark Messenger when you summon him, the damage increasing by a percentage as his level increases?
Oh and demondude listed the magic that you can Draw from him, though I don't think that's the correct answer.

I was looking for the attacks he can use when you fight him it seemed pretty clear. But yeah PuPu's right, he even remembered the Curaga on your characters when you cast Demi on him.
