    The Weapon under the pillow

When you get shocked and you think someone is trying to get in, or is already in, your house what is the first thing you reach for?

I usually go for the baseball bat under my bed.

I have a large metal pole under my bed as well. I like how you said 'when' instead of 'if'. This happen often?

Must be that poster of a naked Levian that he sent me. It scares everything away even the cockroaches.

*looks around room* Hmm, that glass dragon might do, but I think I'll go with the bottle that has money in it. I can't remember what I grabbed last time to be honest.

I have a Laughing Buddha on my nightstand. I usually reach for that when in need of a dangerous weapon.

Maybe the marble ( i think it is? I'm not sure what it is, actually ) desk lamp on ... my desk. It's pretty heavy and looks like it can hurt.

I think that happened to me like a month ago. I came around 9pm and no one was home and the front door was left unlocked!!

I think I grabbed my three year-old niece's yellow chair and I checked all the rooms with it in both hands.
