Appreantly I figured out who this person is. The same birthday as mine (march 08 1988) the same name (*snip*) and finaly an IP that's in florida quiet like where I'm at right now.

I PMed Mr. Diango a month or so ago, because I am head of the Second Accounts Division in Staff (shut up guys. just because you got crappy jobs like Double Posting Supervisor there's no need to be jealous) and he denied it. What I did not know was that they had the same name!
