probably along the lines of... he's good at fast weak attacks and building up damage, but lacks the big strong kill move... this was a problem people had with Young Link in Melee, as most of his kills were like, the second swing of forward A, or the third swing of Up AOriginally Posted by .:kerrod:.
btw, that's not a tier list. It's just a list of characters and their "strongest" KO moves. Plus what abilities they have.
