awww, im really looking forward to playing as pit him and meta knight...but it kills me that he "can't kill". Dedede should be good too, but he's really big, like, i don't really like characters who take up a lot of the stage because they're easier to hit. I'm also looking forward to using sonic, but i think his moveset will be limited and a little lame I think pokemon trainer will be pretty good, but i dont like how the pokemon get tired and they force you to switch out

Haha for pokemon trainer i aim on only using ivysaur. If he gets fatigued or whatever and i cant use him then i forfeit the match. 2 minutes is more than enough for me to strike down my opponets though muhahahaha

hahaha, well said, well said...in saying that, why does everybody love Bulbasaur and his evolutions? When i first saw it i thought it was sinfully ugly and on the show, it's call was terrible...nowadays i do like it, but i would sooner choose Squirtle or Charmander (who also have better moves, i mean, at like, level 50 all Venusaur is learning is 'Poison Powder' and 'Stun Spore', pffft, gimmie a break).

haha, ah, touche'...how embarrassing , i still think there should be better moves for it...while we're on this topic, what was your favourite starting pokemon? out of all the series? i know this has nothing to do with brawl, but news is slow, this is just to pass the time...i think mine would have to be....cinderquil? maybe...but i also love squirtle but he's a bit over-loved :rolleyes2 i dont REALLY like any of the new ones...the final evolutions are all cool (except maybe the penguin one...), but i think i like the grass one the best out of them...

Bulbasaur...im a classic pokemon lover and he was always my favorite starter even out of the new ones. I wasnt aware that alot of pepole chose bulbasaur most of the pepole i know always selected charmander and squirtle *shrugs*

But yeah and incedently enough ivysaur was always my favorite form out of all the starter transformations (granted all the starters are pretty sweet for each series). Hes so..enigmatic and green and uhh...serious looking? Yeah thats it.

But yeah im done talking about pokemon for a bit. Saturday i went to my first smash tourney and one of the best pikachu mains in the nation was there *cringes* some players are just plain scary thought id bring this up seeing how we were talking about pokemon/roto was talking about her first tournament earlier (congrats by the way! who'd you use by the way?) and i just feel like talking about my self. I got raped at the tourney. Good learning experience i guess

Today's update was somewhat redundant, but it's nice that they showed us a lot of new things we were unaware of (like Chronicles, swimming in stages, Masterpieces time limits being shown, and how it's 3 minutes allowed per replay and not just 3 minutes total. I know most of you assumed that it wouldn't be that short but I did). And them showing a Sheeda sticker gives a lot of hope for Marth coming back.

I think he's keeping all of the secret characters (except for the 3rd party ones) secret until the game comes out in Japan (since Sakurai already knows well enough that many Japanese people will just reveal the roster to us). That probably explains why characters like Luigi, Ness, Marth, Falco, and Ganondorf haven't been updated yet (unless Sakurai was actually dumb enough to kick them out which I really doubt).
