Nothing is as funny as Harry Kewell.

I can only hope that the international break kills United's buzz a bit, and they don't carry over the momentum from this game. If they've been able to keep up a pretty decent record while being entirely unremarkable, they'll be a a real force if they start playing well.

What a horrendous combination, ugly, smug and fat.

    Granted a bit talented though.

Nearly had a heart attack. Giving away a two goal lead against Sunderland could've killed our momentum. Thank goodness for Robin Van Persie.

That was a tricky one today, but at least we got the victory. We almost wound up doing an All Blacks against France though in going ahead early on and putting our feet up.

We're still top which is good, and I'm pleased to see Man City continuing to win. Elano is terrific. And nice to see Spurs and Liverpool taking points off each other

We're not doing terribly, what with being undefeated and all, but it could be a heck of a lot better, too. Meh.

Fyi, Torres scored his seventh of the season today. Bellamy's total was six.

    Everton beaten by Newcastle?

Suicide or UEFA Cup related excuse?

    I don't even know.

Arsenal = yay but wha- on the loss of a 2-0 lead. At Emirates. Skerry stuff, boys.
Liverpool = guh, granted, it was spurs, but still. Can't do a job right, ay.

Spurs got quite possibly one of the easiest groups they could've gotten. The gits. Everton got a better draw than I expected. I worried about getting Bayern Munich or Villarreal, so quite naturally avoiding those two was quite nice. lol @ Bolton though.

See you in the next round, Neverton.

(I have every confidence that we'll finish ahead of Besiktas!)

Don't be silly, Paul! Everton don't play in Netherton!

I think we should manage to get through that group. Hope we don't fall down at Larissa like Blackburn did. We play Nuremburg and AK Alkmaar away, both of whom haven't had the best of starts to their respective leagues.
