I can. Because it means that there will only be 1 UEFA Cup spot via the Premier League now. I don't see Pompey finishing in the top 5 and I've slightly worried Everton won't finish there either. And while the chances are we'll have a non-Premiership contender in the UEFA Cup, which would be a nice change - it means that in a season where there were more realistic challengers for European places than of recent seasons, there'll be the smallest number of them possible to make Europe. Here's hoping for Everton 4th and Villa 5th for my amusement. Though I must confess, after such a poor performance against CL quality opposition (Fiorentina would've been in the CL if not for their 15 point match-fixing deduction last season), I do wonder if Everton are quite ready for that extra step.
