Could've ended up with an Everton-Spurs UEFA Cup quarter final had the penalty shoot-outs gone the right way.
Also, Arsenal, I'm counting on you to beat Liverpool 3 games on the run. We all want to see Everton in the CL next season, right? ... If only for the probable comedic value.

I'm OK with getting Liverpool, it'll be tough and playing them three games in a row will be annoying, but we'll give it our best shot. We have a fighting chance anyway. We know their form in Europe, but this is less a European game and more a two-legged Premiership tie. Fingers crossed.
I'd still rather beat them in the league, but let's see if we're still in the title race by the start of April first!

Arsenal will beat us in the league game for sure. As for the Champions League, they will definitely find us a tough nut to crack. I think the psychological aspect of Liverpool's European prowess will be a real bonus. I'm also glad that the second leg of the tie will be at Anfield. It was the case when we managed to dump Chelsea out both times, so here's hoping.You're not messing up our UEFA coefficient again after all of Liverpool's hard work you rotten bluenoses.
