Albert Wesker, of course. It would be interesting to see them fight, but in the end, Saddler was small time. Leon even said so.

Barry wasn't chosen to appear in Umbrella Chronicles. Wesker was. In fact, he was playable.
Barry is really just a dumb character who doesn't mean very much to the Resident Evil story as a whole.
